Description

APS founded in 2000, has accrued extensive experience with differing difficulties. All therapists are qualified, insured and vetted to ensure you receive the best care. Our PA's are on hand to take your calls and will transfer all information in the strictest of confidence to the practice manager who will return your call, talk you through your needs and goals and assign an associate to you who will return your call within the same day and book you in for a time of your choice.
At APS, every therapist recognises how difficult that first call is and you will be guaranteed of an excellent response. We pride ourselves on respect and passion for the decision you choose to make in choosing APS. We accept self referrals and have a range of associates, male and female, and of differing religions so you have a choice of who you would like to work with. Therapy only works if the relationship between you and your therapist is comfortable, accepting and respecting.

Company description
APS offers Psychotherapy, Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CBT for short, Mediation, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and more. We also offer day time, evening and weekend appointments, All therapists are qualified to the highest standards, insured and members of governing bodies. All appointments are in the strictest of confidence unless the therapist is very concerned in relation to a suicidal issue and this will be automatically explained to you in the initial appointment. Psychotherapy is a deep form of counselling, exploring the unconscious and helping you learn how to attain a higher level of awareness and understanding of the impact of your history. In understanding how the unconscious affects us, we can learn to process the original trauma and consciously learn to separate our present from our history.
This allows us control in an appropriate way to enable more positive thoughts and feelings, combining this with our reactions in relationships. Few people fully appreciate the power of understanding your own unconscious, but the impact on your life will be extensive. Once the minds eye is opened it is truly free and ultimately is the one thing in life we can control. The ethos of APS is to learn to live life in the best way and to leave this earth finally with no regrets and is in my opinion the best gift in life to be fully aware and fully in control of your own potential in life as I, the practice manager believe you as I are worth that.
It is not therapy that works, it is the relationship between you and your therapist that makes it work. We work from the heart at APS and endeavour to provide you with ultimate respect in your choice of working with us. Very warm regards, The Practice Manager. Siobhain Crosbie or Vonnie if you prefer.
