as a lady using grays cricklewood i would be very careful as i went in to there thinking it was a long lasting shop that must give a good service, i was sadly proved wrong. i asked them to check a tyre that was going flat every week they told me i need a new tyre and as a front tyre a should replace the two fronts and have it tracked, at the time i had no problem with doing this.1 week later i had a flat tyre on the side that was flat before, i had it pumped and it went flat. i when to see the guy who fitted the tyres and he told me i must of gone over a nail or something and would need to buy a new tyre. i then didnt use the car for a few weeks and pumped up the tyre as i was needing to use car. i had my partner take the car to a garage (not grays) and he was told that they had left the old valves on the wheels so all along it was the valve that was letting out air but worse then that the new tyres where bald on the inside as the tracking that grays sayed they had done was ether not done or done very badly. witch in 3 mounths we needed to change the tyres and get the car retracked. when retracking the car was told they had not done this as the Rods where seized.
my partner was told to go to grays and tell them his findings to be told to (f off) you dont know what i do. and was subjected to threatening behaviour by the man who calls him self the owner of the company.
